My choice to specialize in Spokane's South Hill as a realtor was not a gimmick or sales scheme. When I left the IT world years ago, I wanted to create a career I was passionate about. The South Hill is not just another area of town. It's my passion, the neighborhood where I live, send my children to school, invest my volunteer time, and am intricately involved in its community.

I live on Cannon Hill Park with my husband and two daughters. I'm on the Cannon Hill Historic District Committee where we are actively pursuing historic district status for our neighborhood. I'm a member of the Spokane Preservation Advocates, actively committed to preserving Spokane's history and character. I also volunteer at Wilson elementary where my youngest daughter attends school and my oldest daughter is a proud LC Tiger.

I'm sure we've met walking through the parks, neighborhoods, at Rosauers- grocery shopping. Or maybe we’ve bumped into each other at the Rockwood Bakery or Lindamans, sipping coffee and catching up on the daily events, or celebrating at Lunas, Twigs, Picabu, and Vin Rouge with our families. We've probably stood next to each other singing carols around the bonfire at Cannon Hill Park on Christmas Eve, a timeless tradition. There are so many things to love about our community.
